Mutts Nuts can provide a full range of services for 2 stroke motorbikes, from a simple oil change to a full motorbike restoration service.
I specialise in building “big” horsepower 2 strokes. Many parts are stocked for servicing, repairs and custom engine builds.
I have a flat charging structure for most of my services, so it doesn’t matter if you are having a service or a full rewire. The labour rate remains the same. It is only Dyno time and specific fixed price work that is priced differently.

- Full Dyno facilities for 2 stroke setting up, mapping and fuelling
- Full engine restoration, builds and overhaul
- Custom/hybrid engine builds including “big BHP” engines like Banshee/Cheetah etc
- Electronic and programmable ignition fitting, mapping and setting up
- Full carburation servicing, jetting, setting up, ultrasonic cleaning and vapour blasting
- Electrical repairs, fault finding and wiring loom repairs
- Full bike servicing and repairs
- Custom/hybrid builds from scratch to finishing off projects
- Custom exhausts
- Various other jobs – ask for details
Rates:

| Carburettor Servicing: | from £75/pair + parts (inc’s full strip and ultrasonic clean) Vapour Blasting from £40/pair if done with service |
| Dyno Time: | £70/hr from 1st January 2027 |

| All prices are plus VAT at 20% | |
I also carry a large selection of jets (mains and pilots), needles and carburettor parts and some new carburettors for certain models.
