This is a conversion of the 250LC barrels to 370cc
The service includes machining the barrels to suit new 370cc sleeves being fitted, cylinder head modified to suit including O ringing, and is supplied with Japanese made Prox piston kits (66mm), quality little ends, base gaskets, reed block gaskets and exhausts gaskets
These barrels can be over bored to 68mm in total, with pistons being available in 0.25mm increments, so a total of 8 rebores are possible.
Turnaround time is dependant upon workload, but the target is normally 6 to 8 weeks, during very busy periods this could be longer
You need to supply a pair of barrels and a cylinder head, ideally they need to have stock porting, or only mild tuning, heavily modified barrels are unlikely to take the modification
Initial testing of these barrels with stock carbs and my mid range pipes have produced 50+bhp at the rear wheel
